In Game 1 the Tigers defeated the Indians 4-3.
Antwan Mitchell got the win for the Tigers.
Wes Cimperman led the team offensively with three hits. John Pedigo added two.

In Game 2 Ryan Chapman threw five shutout innings as the Tigers won 11-3.
Chapman struck out ten in the win.
Jake Schincariol led the Tigers (2-0) offensively with four hits and two RBIs while Shane Hunter chipped in with three RBIs and two hits.
